If returning shoes to gibbsshoes.com we will allow 14 days for change of mind. Shoes must be returned unworn, with box and all of its packaging and receipt.

gibbsshoes.com will give 100% refund/credit note if the item is received within 14 days and contains all of the above.

gibbsshoes.com will always give 100% refund if the item is faulty. However, it will depend on how long the customer has had the item and the wear of the shoe.

On all change of mind items gibbsshoes.com will only give a refund on the item and will NOT refund postage. However all items that are faulty will get a full refund including postage.

Handbags can be returned within 14 days with all tags, packaging, and receipt.  Full refund/credit note is given if we receive all of the above.

gibbsshoes.com will give 100% refund if the item is faulty. However, it will depend on how long the customer has had the item and the wear of the bag.

Jewellery and sundries cannot be returned due to change of mind unless faulty and then we would refund the full amount.

The customer must contact gibbsshoes.com by email or telephone before returning the item . gibbsshoes.com will issue  a returns number for the customer to return the item and we will refund the customer for the item plus postage.

 

gibbsshoes.com will only refund the minimum postage charge if a proof of postage receipt can be supplied.   

gibbsshoes.com is working with Royal Mail to provide a good service to make sure you receive your items fast and safe, and postage charges are based on the weight of the item.

gibbsshoes.com will always send customers items by recorded delivery only. If you do not receive the item within 7 working day (E.U or worldwide up to 14 days) please contact gibbscustomerservice@hotmail.com  or phone 01945 583056.

If the parcel is lost we will give 100% refund or we will send you the item again. gibbsshoes.com will contact Royal Mail for lost parcels which will take up to 7 working days.  Once Royal Mail has contacted gibbsshoes.com we will offer a refund or replacement.

gibbsshoes.com will NOT refund postage if the customer misses the delivery date or fails to pick up from Royal Mail. However, if the customer decides to re-post the item the customer would have to pay the postage charge again.
